Privacy Policy
Last updated July 13, 2026
This policy explains how Diemir handles information when you use our websites, web application, mobile application, and related services.
Information we collect
We collect account and workspace information you provide, including your name, email address, organization details, clients, matters, time entries, and preferences.
If you opt in to mobile call tracking, Diemir records call timing and direction so you can review the call as a possible time entry. iOS does not provide the other caller’s phone number to Diemir. Caller ID uses client phone numbers already stored in your workspace and shares them only with the Diemir iOS extension on your device.
We also process device push tokens, authentication records, basic device and app diagnostics, and information from integrations you choose to connect.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, synchronize timekeeping across devices, deliver requested notifications, support integrations, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
We do not sell personal information or use workspace content for third-party advertising.
Service providers and disclosure
Diemir relies on service providers for cloud data, authentication, hosting, app distribution, email delivery, push notifications, and error monitoring. These providers process information only to perform services for Diemir under their applicable terms and safeguards.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Retention, security, and your choices
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workspace administrators may control records belonging to their organization.
You can disable notifications, call tracking, and Caller ID from the app or iOS Settings. You can delete your account from mobile Settings. Deletion removes your sign-in account and de-identifies your Diemir profile. Organization-owned timekeeping and audit records may be retained where the organization or applicable professional and legal obligations require them.
To request access, correction, or export of account information, contact us. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Contact and updates
Questions or privacy requests can be sent through the Diemir Support page. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the updated date on this page.
