Terms of Service
Last updated July 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of Diemir’s websites, applications, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Using Diemir
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use Diemir only in compliance with applicable law and your professional obligations. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content entered into your workspace.
Organizations and administrators
If you use Diemir through an organization, its administrators may manage membership, settings, and workspace data. Your organization is responsible for determining whether Diemir is appropriate for its legal, ethical, recordkeeping, billing, and client-confidentiality requirements.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or use Diemir to store or transmit unlawful content. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Your content and the service
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Diemir the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and transmit that content to provide the service. Diemir and its licensors retain all rights in the software, design, and service materials.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. Features may change, and some capabilities depend on third-party platforms or integrations. Time entries and reports should be reviewed before they are relied upon for billing, payroll, court filings, or other professional purposes.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Diemir is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable law; otherwise, Diemir is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these terms or to protect the service. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Diemir Support page. We may update these terms and will post the updated date here.
