How the day works
- Draw, move and stretch
- Drag across empty time to create an entry, drag it to move it, pull an edge to change its length. Hold Shift to snap to the edges of the blocks and timers around it, or turn on Snap to Grid at 6, 15 or 30 minutes.
- Your Microsoft 365 day beside it
- Calendar events, mail received and sent, drafts, OneNote pages and OneDrive file changes appear as markers on the day, along with calls logged from the iPhone app. Each person chooses which kinds they see. Diemir only reads Microsoft 365.
- Every state at a glance
- Running timers show Live. Entries with an unfinished description carry an amber dot. Linked and split entries say so, and time an assistant logged for you is marked Assistant Entry.
- Undo that survives a reload
- Undo and Redo work from a change history kept on the server, with a list of recent changes to step back through.
- A keyboard for the whole day
- ⌘Z and ⌘Y to undo and redo, ⌘S to save, ⌘← and ⌘→ to move between days, ⌘T for today. The full list is one ? away.
- Submit the day, and it locks
- Submitted entries can't be changed until you unsubmit them, and approved or invoiced time stays locked. The calendar shows which days are submitted and which are still open.
